Note: This Workshop is for serious seekers and you have to follow all daily instructions given by the facilitator for 5 weeks.
How many times do it happen to you that you are sitting on your work desk and you are aware of your thoughts? Have you ever observed that your body accumulates so much as you are not giving the attention it needs? Bringing awareness to your body and mind opens up the space for you to heal by bringing the unconscious to the conscious.
The first week in the Mindfulness journey,
Do you know that your life is being governed by the hidden patterns and conditioning which you accumulated as you were growing up. As a child, you were born with no self-awareness. Inner child reparenting week is reviewing, witnessing and observing your life. So that we can bring attention to those conditions and create space for them to heal and come to your more natural childlike state.
The Second week in the Mindfulness Journey,
After exploring the Body and Mind at a deeper level, we’ll enter into the space of healing. Healing cannot occur in us without us surrendering to the feminine. This is the space where you ground yourself, learn to trust the process and come to the space to allow the healing to happen on its own while practicing being more mindful and present. It is also a session on Ego death, but don’t take it literally. The death of the ego is not your significance disappearing, but only your definition of the self, expanding. The ego doesn’t go anywhere, but merely gets integrated, so that we are not controlled by it any more.
The third week in the mindfulness journey,
Self-Love, Forgiveness and Letting go are not something we’ll practice together, but we’ll learn the art of flowing, so that they come to us on their own as outcomes of out mindfulness practices.
The fourth week in the mindfulness journey,
Now, as in all the four weeks we have done a lot Integration work, through gratitude and loving kindness, we’ll not raise our vibrations and bring it into alignment. We’ll connect to the loving space in which we become ready to give and receive with complete flow.
The fifth week in the mindfulness journey,
Feel the calmness and healing energy with the help of the healer.
You’ll observe increased self-awareness and acceptance.

Week 2 – Inner Child Healing and Reparenting Week
Week 3 – Yin Deep Surrender and Ego Death Week
Week 4 – Self Love, Forgiveness and Letting Go Week
Week 5 – Gratitude and Loving Kindness Week.
1) These are LIVE Sessions, not recorded sessions. You work live with the facilitator.
2) You receive guidance from the facilitator for your healing practice after every session.
3) You get weekly practice homework so that you can build a strong foundation for your own practice.
4) These weekly sessions have been designed to expand your self-awareness in a specific sequence to facilitate healing and mindfulness.
5) The meditation sessions also work as a part of your Daily Self-Healing Practice.
6) You work with a specific group and you connect to the community members and work together. The group plays a very important role in these sessions we practice deeper connections as a group with each other in between our sessions.
Anamika is a Life Coach & Intuitive Healer and the Co-Founder of The Transformational Lab. She worked as a finance professional for 7+ years having a wide experience in different segments of finance and entrepreneurship in the past. But a strong calling for her at a later stage came out as being a life coach and healer, as she added more and more instances in her life leading to the expansion of inner being & living a more aligned life.
She has her own blended style of non-conventional ways to facilitate inner growth. She has facilitated more than 150 workshops and Guided Meditation sessions with The Transformational Lab. Awareness, Integration, Mindfulness, Self-inquiry & Self-Healing are vital components of her experiential wisdom sharing. She facilitates one on one and group sessions with people to help them create a more meaningful & fulfilled life. She has also Coached, healed, and Guided more than 110 people one-on-one.
She loves to continue her own journey of Awareness with people who join to work with her. Healing through love and compassion are her superpowers.
